Business Development Executive

Natalie began her career within the beauty industry after completing a two year qualification in Beauty Therapy. Although she enjoyed aspects of the role, she soon realised her strengths lay elsewhere, prompting a move into the plumbing and heating sector. Starting in a call centre, she quickly progressed to Account Manager, looking after key customers, before moving into a Branch Manager position within a heating division.

After several successful years in the industry, the long commute to Blackpool encouraged her to reconsider her path. This led her into recruitment, a field she immediately connected with after experiencing first-hand how valuable a supportive recruiter can be when changing careers. Helping people find the right opportunity quickly became a passion.

Natalie now joins us as our Business Development Executive, supporting our 360 consultants and strengthening client relationships across the business. She brings extensive experience in customer management, a strong commercial mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with the right opportunities.

Outside of work.

Away from work, Natalie is a proud mum to Oliver, aged 10, and Aspen, who is 15 months old. Life is busy and exciting, with a house move planned for October and a wedding to look forward to next year after getting engaged at Christmas. Family time is incredibly important to her, and she loves watching her children grow and experience new things.

Natalie also enjoys staying active through yoga, pilates and weight training, and loves exploring new places whenever she can. Menorca holds a particularly special place in her heart, having visited since she was two years old and recently returning for another family holiday.
