Working for agencies within Engineering &amp; Manufacturing across East Lancashire as well as 2 years working in-house managing the full recruitment process for a large engineering\/manufacturing company with over 300 members of staff.<\/p>\n<p>The experience gained at each agency in relation to process, compliance and legislation backed up with the exposure in the internal role, Chris has a great insight into the frustrations that both clients and candidates have when it comes to recruitment.<\/p>\n<p>By understanding these frustrations, he is able to provide a service that is bespoke for both, and it was that motivation that led to the creation of 360 Consultants.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto width_full\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_2 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_1 mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_boxes stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:0px;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_b056428e\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><span><span style=\"color: #32beeb;\">Outside<\/span> of work<span style=\"color: #32beeb;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Chris is &#8216;Burnley&#8217; man and boy and has lived in the area his whole life.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of work, he is the Chairman of the Burnley District Sunday League and has been for 4 seasons now. With his passion of football and the fact he can no longer play and use his so-called \u201cwand of a left foot\u201d, he has helped bring the league back to its former glory days by increasing the number of teams from 7 up to 23 in the 4 seasons since he took on the role.<\/p>\n<p>As well as being chairman of the league, he also manages a team at Belvedere Football Club, taking his U18\u2019s side into Open Age Football after winning the double in their last season in junior football.<\/p>\n<p>Outside of football, it is the usual Netflix and chill and his friends always make fun of the fact he has the diet of a 10-year-old child (although he is progressing from a Korma on regular curry nights).<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_a87f3758 has_bg_color stretched\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Chris Rogers.
