Although she enjoyed aspects of the role, she soon realised her strengths lay elsewhere, prompting a move into the plumbing and heating sector. Starting in a call centre, she quickly progressed to Account Manager, looking after key customers, before moving into a Branch Manager position within a heating division.<\/p>\n<p>After several successful years in the industry, the long commute to Blackpool encouraged her to reconsider her path. This led her into recruitment, a field she immediately connected with after experiencing first-hand how valuable a supportive recruiter can be when changing careers. Helping people find the right opportunity quickly became a passion.<\/p>\n<p>Natalie now joins us as our Business Development Executive, supporting our 360 consultants and strengthening client relationships across the business. She brings extensive experience in customer management, a strong commercial mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with the right opportunities.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto width_full\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_2 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_1 mobiles-cols_1 valign_middle type_boxes stacking_default\" style=\"--columns-gap:0px;\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container us_custom_b056428e\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><h3><span><span style=\"color: #32beeb;\">Outside<\/span> of work<span style=\"color: #32beeb;\">.<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Away from work, Natalie is a proud mum to Oliver, aged 10, and Aspen, who is 15 months old. Life is busy and exciting, with a house move planned for October and a wedding to look forward to next year after getting engaged at Christmas. Family time is incredibly important to her, and she loves watching her children grow and experience new things.<\/p>\n<p>Natalie also enjoys staying active through yoga, pilates and weight training, and loves exploring new places whenever she can.
