About Nadia

Nadia began her insurance career over 12 years ago, after graduating with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Leeds Metropolitan University. Her first role in the industry was in personal lines as a customer advisor, where she quickly developed a passion for supporting clients and helping them understand the often complex world of insurance.

She later moved into the commercial insurance sector, taking on a role as an account handler at a global brokerage firm. There, she built on her technical knowledge and gained valuable experience managing a diverse portfolio of business clients. In her current role as Commercial Client Broker at Spencer Hayes Group, Nadia works closely with clients to deliver tailored insurance solutions and a personal, attentive service.

Known for her warm approach and strong relationship-building skills, Nadia is passionate about supporting clients with honest, expert advice. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her ability to make clients feel confident and reassured in their cover.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Nadia lives in Brierfield with her mum and enjoys spending as much time as possible with her close-knit family, especially her niece and nephew. She also enjoys shopping, meeting up with friends, and travelling whenever she can, especially to escape the unpredictability of the British weather. A travel highlight she’s looking forward to is a trip to Canada in 2026 to visit Niagara Falls, a destination that’s long been on her bucket list.
