Neil brings over 12 years’ experience in sales, with the past 8 years dedicated to the insurance sectors before specialising in life insurance and progressing into leadership roles. His journey has given him deep insight into both client needs and team development.

Neil is committed to crafting protection solutions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances. He believes in clear communication and trust as the foundations of every client relationship. Knowing that a policy set up today can make all the difference tomorrow is what drives him.

Outside work, Neil’s life is full of activity and connection. He’s a devoted supporter, and former player, of Greenmount Cricket Club, and one of his proudest sporting memories is playing in a final at Lancashire’s Old Trafford ground. Nowadays, he’s content watching the matches in the sun, beer in hand, soaking up the atmosphere.

Neil also loves music and live events, regularly catching his favourite bands, and values nights out with friends. When it’s time to unwind, he’s happiest relaxing in the sunshine. He recently enjoyed two weeks in Caple, Spain, and a week in Turkey, savouring poolside refreshments and the slow pace of holiday life.
