Spencer Hayes Group is proud to announce that its Protection division, Spencer Hayes Protect, has officially become a limited company, marking a significant milestone less than 12 months after its launch.
Established in May 2025 under the leadership of George Eastham, the Life Insurance arm of Spencer Hayes Group has experienced exceptional growth in its first year of operation. In that time, the division has expanded to include five new Protection Advisors. They have already helped and assisted well over one thousand happy customers who have received expert advice on both their life insurance and business protection requirements equating to well over 200 million pounds of customer cover.
This rapid success reflects both the strength of the proposition and the commitment of the growing team to delivering high-quality protection advice to clients across the UK.

“In under 12 months, we’ve built an incredibly strong and ambitious team. Curtis joined the Protect division and achieved his Cert CII qualification within his first six months, which led to a well-deserved promotion to Protection Advisor.
We then welcomed Neil and Ryan, both of whom have proven to be outstanding performers in their own way. Neil has supported multiple locations by delivering training and development and has now been promoted to Sales Manager. Ryan continues to excel as one of our top performing Protection Advisors, consistently providing high quality advice to clients. Most recently, we welcomed Jack to the team, who has made an immediate impact and hit the ground running. We are excited to see how he continues to develop within the business.”
