Aaron has been with Spencer Hayes Group since 2022 and has been a great addition. He started as an Account Handler before moving to our Salary Sacrifice division as Head of Employee Relations.

Aaron (pronounced air-ron), is from Manchester and he lives in Middleton with his partner, Zoe and their Tropical fish and British Short-Hair, Ocean.

Aaron started his insurance career on an apprenticeship scheme and gained an NVQ level 2 in customer service, also having A Levels in ICT, Economics & Science.  Aaron then became an Insurance Advisor handling new business, claims, accounting, renewals and mid-term changes.

In Aaron’s spare time, he enjoys watching films/tv shows especially sci-fi with Interstellar being a favourite. He recently did a back to back 9 hr slog of the Lord of the Rings trilogy.

He also enjoys playing online multiplayer video gaming with his mates, to his girlfriends dismay. He’s also known as the ‘IT bob’ in the family and Aaron’s built gaming computers for friends and fixed a few laptops. I started hiking during lockdown, so far I’ve climbed Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis. Aaron’s hoping to do a night climb of Ben Nevis to see the sunrise at the top sometime this year.
