Please say hello to Emma, our very own Office Manager. Emma has been with Spencer Hayes Group just over a year now and settled in quite nicely!

Emma has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years, her day to day jobs consist of account handling existing clients, insurer liaison, recruitment, compliance and arranging our office events! This year, Emma has arranged our Christmas party in Liverpool and it turned out to be a fantastic night! Emma has also passed her Cert Cii exams, so she definitely knows her stuff! She’s very sharp and knows how to keep all of the HQ staff in check on a daily basis. 

Currently Emma lives with her husband Chris and her gorgeous daughter Ella in Bury. Along with her two dogs; Daisy (Beagle), Bruno (Pug) and Alfie, her cat! She’s yet to bring in one of her pups to the office. Even though Emma and Chris both work in insurance, they’re both a great laugh and Emma is always brightening the office up, even on the worst days. We would all be lost without her!

In Emma’s spare time, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. Plus she likes to mix it up sometimes with having a few glasses of gin. Her favourite holiday was when she went to Cyprus for her brother’s wedding, her whole family attended so they had an amazing time! Emma loves a bit of Take That, she said that the best concert she went to was the Circus tour that they did – check out the videos, it looked amazing! Finally, Emma has let us know that she would love to jump out of a plane for charity. Not sure if she will regret telling us that in the future…
