Curtis joined Spencer Hayes Group after several years of working in sales alongside time spent running an e-commerce business. Curtis studied business management at the University of York, graduating with a 2:1, and brings a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and relationship management to the insurance industry, with his passion lying in protection advice, an area he believes aligns well with both his skillset and professional ambitions.

Curtis holds the CII R05 Protection qualification and the CII Certificate in Insurance. He is currently studying for the CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, with his overarching focus being on building deep technical knowledge in order to deliver the highest level of service and advice to clients.

Outside of work.

Outside of work, Curtis is a keen runner; he represented his school, college and university at athletics and has competed in 10K runs, marathons and Ironman triathlons.
