Nadia joined Spencer Hayes Group with over 12 years of experience in the insurance industry. Her career began in personal lines as a customer advisor, where she quickly developed a genuine passion for helping people navigate their insurance needs. That early exposure sparked her interest in the wider industry and laid the foundation for what has become a long-standing and rewarding career in insurance.

She went on to take up a role as an account handler at a global brokerage, where she gained invaluable experience working with a diverse range of commercial clients. This role enabled her to develop both her technical knowledge and her ability to build long-term relationships with businesses across a variety of sectors. Today, as a Commercial Client Broker at Spencer Hayes Group, Nadia supports clients with tailored insurance programmes and a proactive, personal approach.

Nadia studied Business Studies at Leeds Metropolitan University. She is continuing her professional development with the goal of deepening her technical expertise and continuing to deliver a high standard of advice and service to clients.

Nadia lives in Brierfield with her mum. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially her niece and nephew. She’s a big fan of travel and takes every opportunity she can to escape the UK weather. A dream trip to Canada is already on the cards for 2026, with Niagara Falls high on her list. She also enjoys shopping, socialising with friends, and relaxing with those closest to her.
