Spencer Hayes Group is delighted to announce that Curtis Berry has successfully achieved his Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII), demonstrating both his commitment to professional growth and his passion for delivering exceptional client protection advice.

Even though Curtis is new to the insurance world, he’s no stranger to working with people. His background in customer service, sales, and building strong relationships has given him a solid foundation to build on. What attracted him to insurance was the chance to grow long-term in a stable career that still makes a real difference to people’s lives, especially during uncertain times. His genuine passion for helping individuals and families protect their futures has been a big part of what’s driven his quick success so far. Curtis joined Spencer Hayes Group in June 2025, just 3 months ago!

Curtis Commented:

“The Cert CII studying enabled me to learn the foundations of the insurance industry and has focused on a variety of subjects within the units e.g. commercial package policies and personal protection. Studying these areas have allowed me to broaden my depth of knowledge and has provided me with the opportunity to gauge where my interests lie and I have found that with personal protection.

I believe helping people on a personal level is one of the most rewarding things somebody can do and which ultimately leaves me with an incredibly fulfilling feeling knowing clients and their families are protected financially should something happen to them. Providing the highest quality advice is the aim of my career and having obtained the Cert CII qualification has elevated my understanding and furthers my ability to provide the prestige advice which Spencer Hayes Group’s clients expect and receive.

Following from the Cert CII, I am soon starting the Level 4 diploma to expand on my knowledge and increase my credibility in the insurance industry. Increasing my technical knowledge equips me to work effectively in a challenging industry and creates and maintains a professional status in my chosen field.”
